I apologize, unfortunately the blue colors are not true in this painting, the figure in the middle is much more detailed, it gives the impression of looking right at you although there are no real facial features. I have an affinity with this being, it shows up in many forms in my paintings. One day I was meditating on what I am, what is beyond beyond. What is beyond this universe, what is beyond God, what is beyond beyond. I reached a place where I could not wrap around it. There is no way I could exist, it just didn't make sense... If I came from my ego, my small self there was only one place to go... insane. That is where the idea for this painting originated from. When I come from a bigger place, a bigger self it does not matter. Life, my being just is and since none of this can exist it takes a load off! So I can just enjoy being. For meI feel that is why we are here to jOy! This dream is an amazing place. I loved making the stars in this painting, spent a bit of time cleaning white splatters off the walls and windows after though. Next painting I did with stars,
"coyote dreams the night",
I did it in the shower. It’s a lot easier washing those extra stars down the drain then scrubbing them off the windows!
